We’re currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients in Bucharest, as part of a growing team focused on technology, cybersecurity, and digital services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing directly to the growth of an ambitious company operating in a modern and fast-evolving environment.
What you’ll do:
• Develop new business relationships and expand the client portfolio
• Identify opportunities across technology, cybersecurity, and digital services
• Manage the sales process from initial discussions to closing deals
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape tailored solutions for customers
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Autonomous and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Availability for national and occasional international travel
• Fluent Romanian and good English skills
